No, I haven't considered such a sound. Given the radio is switching off, any such sound/mesage would either potentially get cut off part way through, or there would need to be a specific wait for it to complete before the final power off.

Yeah, it's just a fun thing.. And why not?

Is it not what model flying is about? Having fun?
If you don't want the shutdown message, delete the file.. I bet that most of us wouldn't delete it

So, we will need a "SHUTDOWN.wav" file. In the next test version, this will be played at power off.

That sounds really nice, but I forgot to say, no jokes please

I need something to put on the ersky9x voice pack.. of course everyone can make their own now that we have a nice tool to generate voices.. The problem is that this is a system file, and one has to be created as default

I just put together "Shutting down goodbye" from that, sounded quite OK to me on the radio when I switched it off.

I've put a 6 second timeout in. The radio will switch off either when the voice message finishes, or after 6 seconds.

I've just posted a test version of ersky9x with this in.

Is it possible to change the shutdown zzz emoticon to something useful like " Remember to disconnect battery from FPV goggles "?
Or even play a wav file announcing something similar when transmitter power button switched off.

OpenTX 2.2 allows you to put a "bye.wav" file in SOUNDS\lang\SYSTEM that is played on shutdown.
The graphic is not user-replaceable and would require modifying and recompiling the firmware.

Please don't post duplicates.
