How to increase refresh/polling rate of the radio usb output?

I'm using Jumper T16 radio via usb as a joystick on my computer. I use JoyToKey software to interpret one of the radio gimbal stick movements as mouse movements with absolute coordinates. I don't know exactly if this is hardware or software related, but I guess that it's probably software related. So, does anyone know how to increase gimbal stick position reading refresh/polling rate?
