Taranis x9d. I can not hear the sounds

Taranis x9d. I can not hear the sounds

Hello,
I am using an iMac and when I transfer sounds to the SDCard I can not hear them. Could you help me to know how to proceed. Also I fly gliders with the E-Soar Plus Template and I am not abble to hear the folder sounds from the eSoar Pleu template
