Quick question on S6R lua script

I just have a quick question. I have already reflashed the firmware and calibrated the S6R using the lua script on my SD card. What I want to know is what the other lua script is for. The SD card has the calibration script where you flip the module on each of it's surfaces. Then there is another script. I didn't want to run it until I knew what it was for.
