What fimrware in NAZE32 Arco 10DOF ??

NEWBE QUESTION:
Having my flightcontroller(NAZE32) via usb connected to my GCS andhaving opened the firmware page I see;

Firmware tag;.....
Firmware date;...
Git commit hash;
Firmware CRC;

All things I don"t understand, except date.

I don.t see what is flashed ; Baseflight ? Cleanflight ? Open Pilot ? ??

How do I know what is configured?

I had an old NAZE32 flight controller, mini cc3d in a 250 quad given to me and had the same trouble.
The help I received said to flash the flight controller with LibrePilot firmware.
I did and the 250 quad fly's really great.
