Insulating the Underside of the CR10 3D Printer Heat-Bed
1) Purchase a 4 pack of 12 X 12 inch Cork Tiles, each are about .200" thick.

2) Purchase a tube of Permatex High Temperature Red RTV Gasket Maker.

3) Remove CR10 Heat-Bed by disconnection the power cable and the four leveling adjuster wheels.
4) Use two 12 X 12 inch Cork Tiles and cutout the areas so to fit the back side of the Heat-Bed.
5) Clean the backside of the Heat-Bed with 91% Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol.
6) Apply the Permatex High-Temp Red RTV Silicone Gasket Maker to one of the 12 inch Cork Tiles and then fit it the back side of the Heat-Bed.
7) Take the second 12 inch Cork Tile and apply a smaller amount of the High Temperature Red RTV Gasket Maker to it and then fit it on top of the first 12 inch Cork Tile. Smooth the edges with your finger and let dry for 24+ hours.
8) Reassemble Insulate Heat-Bed to the CR10 3D Printer
and next make your proper adjustment for the next printing job.
