Sudden lost of Models

Post by tonnie78 »

Hello all,

I am a happy owner of a FrSky Horus.
Been using this transmittor now for about 4 years.

This morning I switched on the transmittor and it asked me to calibrate the sticks. I haven't done anyting special before except use it to fly my models.

After calibration I lost all my models. If I open the Model Select menu it only shows Model01.

I connected it to a pc and i can not extract any models with Companion

I have fw version Opentx-x10-2.3.9- otx installed.

Does anyone have a clue to what could cause this issue?

You likely have the radio on instead of bootloader mode.

For the data the microSD card might have a bad contact or have failed.

The problem with the lost models was caused by a corrupted radio.bin file.

Replaced it with my backup and everything worked again.

Only stupid me didn't backup for about a year, so a lot of models to reprogram
