pinout for rotary encoder rev 3 board

What are the pins for connecting the rotary encoder to the rev 3 board? I can only find a bunch of info on the rev b board. These are the connections I need to make http://openrcforums.com/forum/download/file.php?id=1940 , but those pinouts match up with the rev b board, rather than the ones for the connector on the rev C board, which are labeled A,B,C,D and 2 unlabeled. http://www.ersky9x.net/SKY9x_Rev_3_Doc.JPG
