How to bind Spectrum Hack Module with JR10X or older radio that doesn't have bind function?

I can see that how to bind Spectrum hack module with radios with bind feature. However, I could't find any for older radios. Any one know how to bind hack module with older radios that don't have bind option? How can I send bind command to the Spectrum module? Spectrum module pin assignment other than power and PPM? You help will be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps it would help if you let us know what radio.. "Older radios" is a bit vague

The hack module cannot work with such radios. Only radios that can be flashed with the open source firmwares can make use of it.
