Noob question: Welcome startup voice message

Post by costall »

Hi,

I have just got a Turnigy 9XR and flashed it successfully to ER9X. I noticed after flashing, the 'Welcome' voice message no longer plays now that the stock firmware has been blown away. As I try to familiarise myself with the radio, I can't workout how to get the welcome .wav file 028 to play when I switch on the radio.

Is it configured in Voice Alarms or am I missing something? I've checked the SD Card and the original .wav files are all fine...

Any help gratefully received!

Cheers

Paul.

I'm guessing you have a 9XR-PRO and have flashed ERSKY9X!

If you have flashed r218 (or a later test version), you need to update the voice files, see this post: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=7715, and get "Voice Pack for Ersky9x r218 and above_v1.0.zip"

In think you posted on the wrong thread.. This one is about er9x. If you have a taranis, you likely have opentx installed, right?
