EL Backlight

I hope it's ok to get this topic started.

Silly question: how do i program er9x to get the backlight to always be on? I have the one with the spboard.

Yes you can ask it here, but i will add this to the SP board thread, because this gets ask after getting all working. You set this in the radio setup. Long press of the left button then scroll down for the backlight settings
You can use a timer, a switch or any thing. I use a switch. There are enuf of them.

For permanent on scroll thru the switch options, the last on says on, this will keep it on all the time.
