before posting I tried by myself through the manual and reading previous posts, but still I need a clarification.
I hope to get it with your help.
I have the following:
er9x version: V1.747-mike er9x-r820
protocol as per the following image

I plan to use these modules to transmit a maximum of 8 channels, but could be more in future.
Having said this, my doubts started when I read the er9x manual (2015 edition) at page at pages 69 and 70 about the Protocol that should be used.
My question is quite simple: do I have to change my protocol configuration, here above, to manage these modules?
Or what is it stated in the manual is to be applied if a Spektrum transmitter is "hacked" into the transmitter?
Any recommendation that you would like to share about will be also welcome.
