need a rudder elevator mix

Post by saintofinternet »

I am using a X9D+

I am unable to create the following mix indoor it trying every possible combo.

I need the Elevator to move at least 10% when I apply my Rudder for a turn on the 3Ch trainer.

I tried applying a mix after the Rudder channel but the radio gives no feed back on the elevator when the I move the rudder stick.

Instead when the elevator input is given it moves the rudder

I am now totally clueless and request help from the community.

The mix needs to be on the elevator channel with the source being rudder and the weight fairly low...maybe 10%.

Hi,

Thank you very much for the reply. It worked with a small issue.

When the rudder moves to one direction the elevator does move up... but when the rudder is moved to opposite direction the elevator moves down...

I would like the elevator to give movement in a single upward direction with any movement of the rudder as to keep the flight nose attitude bit high when turning.

Shoot I forgot about that. Sorry!
You will want to add two functions to the mixes for the elevator using X<0 in one 1 function.
Then the function to X>0 in the other.

Then change the weight to -10% if the elevator goes the wrong way on one side of the rudder so it moves in the opposite direction.
I just use trial and error to see which one to change.
