Horus X10 (OTX 2.2.1) & elevons

Horus X10 (OTX 2.2.1) & elevons

I have setup a flying wing on Horus X10. All controls function as they should. The issue I have - Cannot get rates to work on aileron and elevator channels.
I set up the same model on Taranis X9D and the rates work as it should.
Can someone please help? Thanks.
