D16 bind options missing on some hardware.

If you run OpenTx V2.2.2 0018 on either a sky9x board or a 9XR-Pro when binding using an XJT module in D16 mode the usual options are missing:

Ch1-8 Telem ON
Ch1-8 Telem OFF
Ch9-16 Telem ON
Ch9-16 Telem OFF

These options are present on X9D+ and X7/X7S when using an external module (provided the internal is switched off).

The X9D+ and Sky9x behaviour has been verified on real hardware and the sim, the X7 and 9XR-Pro only on the sim.
On the real hardware the presence or not of an external module doesn't effect the result.

Is this an oversight given maybe only a few people are using these systems or is there a reason ?

Certainly an oversight, wouldn't see a reason for those not to be in.
