Just got a x9d plus. The firmware on radio saws 2.2.1 from Dec of '17. Go to create new model and it says "script syntax to error". Never get the four icons to choose from. I can hit exit and I have a new blank model. So does this sound like firmware didn'the get updated correctly or other Issues?

It means the SD card contents do not match your firmware version.
