Timer Count Down Value Change Requires Reboot

Post by rcdiy »

I’ve noticed that when the timer count down value is changed say from 6:00
to 3:00 it does not take effect till either a flight reset is done or a power cycle.

Is this the correct behaviour or a bug?

I fly with two battery sizes. When I changed to the smaller battery I reduced the timer but the countdown started from the older higher value.

It's normal to require a reset of that timer to the new value, you wouldn't want a change (potentially accidental) to automatically overwrite the current value.

A reboot or full "flight reset" is obviously not needed though, jsut resetting that particular timer.
