Virtual motors sound for FPV race pilot

Post by andrenoites »

Is there a way to make the throttle outputting a constant analog sound with pitch tone increasing depending on the throttle position?

I'm a FPV Race Pilot and sometimes I fly in big tracks and I can't ear the motors sound.
A microphone in the quad is not a good solution because it outputs also wind noise and vibration so the idea is having my taranis outputting a kind of analog sound that varies pitch according to the throttle position, this could be a simple way of simulating the motors sound.

Something like this sound should work fine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2kC1kIAKK_4
That feature would be awesome, no need for real motor sound.

Is it possible??

Wonder if the vario feature will work.
If you don't get a response that works for you contact me through my website and I'll write something.
There is probably a simpler way than writing a script.
