if that is from 2010, it probably have it at batt ch. I have 2 of those TR6A and they do have the PPM at batt ch. made a wireless rx for my stock T9x to use with sim.

just checked my board printed exactly like that:
FS-R6A V16
10/06/17

some where here, some Portugee says you can connect to a spker to hear the ppm signal. if I remember correctly. ;)

So you are saying the subject is misleading and does not represent the thread content?
Curiously enough, the only thing that went through the mind of the RC helicopter as it fell, was, "OH NO, NOT AGAIN."

I have exactly same looking receiver with identical markings as seen in first post bought few weeks back and I have verified that it doesn't give any CPPM on battery port. Receivers bought last year and earlier does have CPPM on battery port.

Looks like only difference is software that has CPPM disabled.

Edit: looks like there is difference in text. Receiver that I got does have letters ZLH under date. Don't know does it mean anything.

hmm, it does have one extra print line : ZLH than mine or Hasse's and mine has the ppm.

Hasse: you just need to find a way so your ppm will talk to the spker. ;)

All depends on what part of the country you are in.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crayfish

The name "crayfish" comes from the Old French word escrevisse (Modern French écrevisse).[4] The word has been modified to "crayfish" by association with "fish" (folk etymology).[4] The largely American variant "crawfish" is similarly derived.[4]
Some kinds of crayfish are known locally as lobsters, crawdads,[5] mudbugs,[5] and yabbies. In the Eastern United States, "crayfish" is more common in the north, while "crawdad" is heard more in central and southwestern regions, and "crawfish" further south, although there are considerable overlaps.[6]

I have been looking at this one , maybe it´s sufficient.
Dpscope
And i can confirm that my 6ch has ppm-out. :D
But i can´t get it to play with the OpenAero modified Hobbyking KK2.0
I have a TWIN
It is set up with differential throttle instead of rudder and i have flapperons to.
It works flawlessly without the KK2.0 board in PWM mode (rx only)
When i set up the board i can not get any outputs ,to the servos.

In the r/c inputs menu in OpenAero i get:
Throttle stick= Elevator+Gear
Rudder stick= Elevator+Gear
Aileron stick=Throttle+Rudder
Elevator stick= Aileron
I WILL most certainly double post this in OpenAero thread.
Best regards , Hasse.

Are you sure? According to the latest discussions on HK...
"7/29/2012
BradleyK (69)
the new version of these don't have PPM on the bat pin anymore, so don't buy if trying to get a ppm output."

Have you powered M2 to M8 separately with another source of 5V?

Oh I see... You've forgotten the bit in the manual that warns about different channel orders for CPPM.
Your throttle is set up to come out of two outputs, right?
Then your rudder is set to mix into both of those.
So the above makes perfect sense - your channel order is all wrong

In "JR/Spkr." the channel orders are TAER, in "Futaba" it is "AETR".
You've set it up perhaps with the default JR order, but... Your radio has a different order. It looks like the Futaba order.
So...
Throttle = Elevator + Gear = ch3 + ch5 (ch3 is Futaba throttle, 5 the second motor?)
Rudder = Elevator+Gear = ch3 + ch5 (Same as above - mixed into both motors so correct)
Aileron = Throttle+Rudder = ch1 (Futaba aileron) and the second aileron/flaperon on ch4.
Elevator stick = Aileron (Futaba elevator - perfect!)

PROBLEM: You've forgotten to change channel order.
SOLUTION: Try Futaba channel order.

Note: DO NOT PUT THE MOTOR CHANNELS THROUGH THE KK2 BOARD!
This is extremely dangerous as the yaw gyro will be able to control your throttle.
Please do not use OpenAero for this.

Why do you want to use CPPM anyway?
You have two throttle channels that should go directly from your receiver to the motor ESCs. You clearly must have some TX mixing involved there that you don't want OpenAero playing with.
The remainder is aileron (flaperons) and elevator, all of which you can do with PWM.

Easy!

Hi,
I have just installed this on my PC to check the output of my buddy/DSC jack socket on the Taranis.
I have set the TX as slave and turned off RF as recommended.

I do not know how to use all the dials and switches on the Zeitnitz scope :(

Using a mike input for TX to simulator
The above link shows a bar chart type output.

Can you give me some hints as to what to adjust to get a clear PPM trace so I can test if the stick movement is shown?
Or suggest some links?

Thanks.

WARNING

Don't connect the PPM signal directly to your sound card input or you could burn it. The max voltage the card can accept at the input is around 1V. some not even.. PPM signals sometimes are bigger than 5V and in some cases even as high as the tx battery voltage..

You need a voltage divider. something llke 10K and 1K should work.
When you have this bit sorted we can talk about using the scope ;)

I had this installed on my old PC but then I got a real scope and never used it.. will install it again on this PC and will try to help you.. But please make the probe.. I can't find the schematic I used to make mine. but will measure my probe in a while and post it here..
