Hi everyone, I have a nighthawk pro 250/280 running BorisB Betaflight that I'm trying to configure the three way switch on my Turnigy 9x thats freshly flashed with ER9X, the plain old standard version. I originally used the stock Turnigy FW and had Angle, Horizon and Baro mode on the three way switch but now I cant figure out how to set the switch back up in ER9X does anyone have a template for this please?

What version of ER9x?

Im using the standard latest version, I downloaded it lastnight, not sure of the revision number as I'm a first time user/flasher of er9x FW.

Version can be found in the Radio Setup menus. See the manual, available at www.er9x.com.

As for setting up the three position switch, it's easy if you know what you want it to do. The information will need to come from the flight controller documents or forums.

I have no idea if this represents what your version of Cleanflight requires, but it's a starting point for further research.

It's generally the case with this type of firmware that the hard part is defining exactly what you want the mixes to do.

Hi thanks for the help and advice, I know how to setup the switches in cleanflight configurator I just didn't know how to set them up within the mixer menu system of er9x on the turnigy 9x but I have since found out how to do it via a youtube video and setup my 3 way switch to alternate between the 3 flight modes I needed. Glad to hear it's going well.

One thing to understand about switches is that you can set them up two ways.

The easy way is to select sIDx as the source of the mix.
If you do that you must leave the Switch parameter as ---. You can't have a switch as both Source and Switch.

The other way involves using HALF as the source.
