Help To program optical kill swith

Hi Community,

I really hope one of the programming geniuses out there can help me. I am trying to program my optical kill swith onto channel 6 (using the gear switch).
I watched some of the videos and have managed to get the switch to function. I even get the on light on the optic kill switch to come on but I get no spark at the engine. I have confirmed that the optic kill switch is functioning by testing it on my brothers plane. He uses a different radio.

I get spark if I connect my ignition battery directly. I cannot get spark through the optil kill switch even with the ignition light on.
I have checked that the switch works
I can get the red light on the iginition switch to light up.
I get no spark
I have checked that all my connections are connected correctly
I have a turningy radio with ER 9X software.
Current mix settings are

What does the kill switch need to see? What percentage? Try reducing the weight to 100% as setting it over 100 doesn't do anything. If you want more throw you would have to enable extended limits and then change the limits for that channel to 125%.

What radio does your brother use, and how is it set?

Problem Solved.
I took my multimeter and followed the voltage flow through the system. Found an ill fitting plug. I cannot believe that 2 weeks of frustration has stemmed from an ill fitting plug. Thanks to those that responded. I appreciate it.
