Hi guys, new to this forum (great site) and the ER9X (awesome software). I have a Turnigy 9X with ER9X flashed to it for my young boy to start flying on. I would like to put throttle on a switch so I can use the throttle stick to control flaps. Is this possible in ER9X? Throttle would just be used to climb back to height on his electric glider.
Thanks,
Matt
Throttle on a switch
Re: Throttle on a switch
Of course it's possible.
What you need to do is sit down and decide what each servo should do. Once decided you go to the mixer menu and set up the mixers accordingly.
I know it sounds like compressed Chinese but you really need to sit and lear how to program it. Once the "light goes on" you'll see how easy it is.

What goes up... Should be controlled by a 9X!

Re: Throttle on a switch
Ah ha. Got it. I went to 'Mixer" set my CH3 (My throttle channel), set Source to FULL then set the Switch to TRN which is the Trainer switch. This seemed to work ok. was that right? Slowly getting the hang of it
