Yes. This is an easy mix to achieve.

Can you clarify the exact mix requirements.

I am assuming the following:

2 x servos in wing
2 x servos in elevator

I take it you want each half of the aileron to work in unison with the aileron?

i have this set up.
channel 1 elevator 1 , Y cable to aileron 1
channel 2 elevator 2
channel 3 throttle
Channel 4 rudder
Channel 5 gear

Channel 7 Aux to Aileron 2

I'd like to fly with both flaperon and elevon at same time, and have flaperon programmed to the 3 position switch.

I also have thrust vectoring. Is it possible to program that into a switch?

Right.

First off - you may be better off loosing the Y cable. It will possible complicate things.

Can you clarify exactly what you mean by Flaperona & Elevon

e.g.

Flaperon:
Do you what the ability for the flaps to go down when you pull up on the elevator? (to tighten the loops)
Do you want ailerons to drop as an option to give you flaps

Elevon:
Do you want each side of the elevator to operate as slaves to the ailerons to increase roll?

There are loads of ways to achieve this - just want to make sure you have the specific requirements outlined. That will help build a suitable mix.

Have you done any programming beyond basic 4 channel before? If not it is worth looking at this thread.

There are also a number of pre-built example mixes here
viewforum.php?f=38

Some of them already apply to what you want - but will need customizing to match your channel orders and exact requirements of your model.

I want the elevators to work in conjunction with the ailerons, for faster roll.

Also, I want to ailerons to work as flaps for landings.

Also. How do i use Aux channel 8 and 9 when programming only allows for one Aux option.

basically.. i want elevon to work in conjunction with ailerons, and flap function for ailerons for landings..

can't figure how to do that w/o activating the elevons when i deploy flaps.

Why don't you use the 3 position switch. Id0 Id1 id2

Essentially using three flight modes?

I think you can even use different trim settings for the flight modes.. someone correct me if I'm wrong.

How about this.

channel 1 elevator 1
channel 2 elevator 2
channel 3 throttle
channel 4 rudder
channel 5 gyro for programming to 3 position switch
channel 6 gear
Channel 7 aux aileron 1
Channel 8 aux aileron 2

Any way to acheive my mix this this way??

and alls this on the base firmware.

Yes. Quite possible.

Can you clarify the exact requirements as per my previous post - and I will then make you a basic eePe file you can then modify to suit your model.

I suspect sushifly may be using the stock firmware - hence some of the confusion at the questions being asked.

Sushifly if you are still watching this thread. Are you definitely running er9x or similar as your firmware?

Rob,
Could you post the template that sushifly was looking for? I'm using ER9X firmware and that mix is exactly what I'm after!

Got it, never mind Rob.
