Document Writers Required for the Wiki

Hi All,

Some good news.

On this url:

http://openrcforums.com/wiki/index.php/Er9x_user_guide

I have made an initial start at the documentation for er9x being pulled onto a local wiki.

You will note that if you visit the wiki main page:

http://openrcforums.com/wiki/

All firmwares will get heir own section for documentation etc...

Part of my plans are to move the content from the google wiki's on to these pages too - but that is for another day!

What I could do with now is some suitable wiki content editors - people who are up for some initial hard graft to help get the docs up to scratch!

Any takers?

Easy...

Just logon with your forum username & password.

Go to the page you want to edit.. then; click the edit link on the right.. just above the page content.

If you look at how I have formatted the wiki text.. (follow my lead) the content will go in ok!

Use the Chat to get hold of me if you get lost!

Not happening on chrome/firfox or ie!

Wow, cool whomever did that thanks.... But, can we make it better???

Is there a way to use actual pics of the display instead of the simulated version?

And how does one become a writer to make subtle changes.? It would be nice to have a Warning in the manual (I know there is on in the radio) about delete mix and live plane precautions.... hey, don't deny it, we've all done it!

Currently this is a copy paste job of the content from the original Erez document. I finished pasting this in today.

We need editors... if you want perms to edit.. simply PM me and I will assign your account rights.

Pics of the display would be brilliant. The existing images can be edited easily one you have wiki rights. just a case of someone taking photos to suit!

Ok, I updated some of the text, and I replaced the simulated screens with real pics/jpegs.

There is still some things needed. When you select the speaker sound mode, it changes the menu selections. That needs to be documented.

FRsky is wide open.... If someone will send me some text, I will post it up. Or you can get permision from RT and do it yourself.
