Is flash installed?

I would try another browser like Chrome and see if you get the same thing.

Chances are flash is not installed.

Can you post a screen grab of the page so we can debug? What browser version etc?

OK updated flash, no luck. Her machine just displays a large blank window where you put that video in the audio update thread. So ??? no clue.
