C9x 1.48 - win7/32 hang

Prompts to download updated firmware, progress bar appears and when it reaches 100%, progress bar goes away and c9x hangs... windows eventually saying that it is diagnosing.

Reinstalled 1.47, downloads ok and works properly (as far as I can see).

In addition to that I found out that c9x 1.48 chrashes immediately when you try to load in the new firmware to create your own splash screen.

Downloaded new c9x 1.48, tested, previously described behaviours do no longer show up so you can count that fixed.
