Backup options not available Companion 2.3.11

I went to backup my RadioKing Tx18s before I updated it to the latest version, and the backup option is greyed out. I can access the radio to read and write model settings and also read and flash firmware but am unable to use the backup options.
Is there a step I have missed.

The backup option is only available for EEPROM-based radios (i.e. those without a color screen currently).
For the color screen ones you just backup the SD card contents since everything is stored there.

Thanks for the reply, I will now do this and then bring the radio up to date with the latest versions.
