After contacting Steven, to check first, if you are upgrading from SP2.4 board and don't want to use the drill out method on the posts to mount the 9Xtreme board, save the two lower screws from the 2.4 and use them to mount the 9Xtreme. Works like a charm. Thanks Steven.

How to get the transmitter to talk to the computer would be nice.

The computer can talk to the transmitter, through Eepskye but that's the opposite direction than you stated.

Mine peeled off as well... luckily I had the original stuck to my printer... I just peeled it off of there and put it back on and it never had a problem since.
I think its due to the rigidity of the base. The new one is flexible.

To fix it, I used a very small amount of Loctite Super Glue and then, it now stays in place.

I think it has more to do with the adhesive like Steven has said, then how much rigidity is in the older sticker base.s_mack wrote:You know... I experienced the same thing but I assumed since nobody was complaining that I just didn't do a very good job of putting it on.
Thanks for the feedback.
I'll ask them to use a stronger adhesive next time.
With our car registration stickers, they are very, very thin and are out in all kinds of extreme weather all the time
and never fail to stay where they are applied.
Anyway a little Super Glue will fix it.

Mine is still in place. I think I cleaned the plastic with alcohol after I removed the original sticker..

I also removed the original old Turnigy sticker and cleaned with alcohol and waited until dry before applying the new 9Xtreme sticker
and after several days it then started to peel up.
Tried pressing it back down several times, but still kept peeling up.
But then a little Super Glue and it will fix the problem !

Re: OK, let's document this!
It was my first attempt at specifying stickers When you get something made in China, its a common misunderstanding that China = Low quality... but that's not true. China = exactly the quality you ask and pay for. In this case, I knew nothing about stickers so when they presented me with a quote including a specification for the adhesive, I didn't really know what I was looking at. I just went with it. I think they turned out beautiful, its just the adhesive wasn't really appropriate for the task.
After putting together one of my kid's toys a few days ago, I also wondered if it could have been a problem with the instructions rather than the adhesive itself. Perhaps it is pressure sensitive and we'll have more success if we press hard for 30 seconds? That was the case with my kid's toy... it stressed it has to have "very firm contact while it cures for 30 seconds". It was a peel and stick adhesive on a bracket. With my badge, I know I personally just peeled off the backing and stuck it on. I certainly didn't put any effort into holding it firmly for any time. Maybe you did, João?

Re: OK, let's document this!
This is not jab to the sticker or products... its all good...
I think the rigidity comment falls in with the peeling or rolling back, just logic thinking... but who the hell really knows right...
If its firm, straight, rigid... won't bend.. that was my thinking behind it... like the original sticker...
Heck, I think the glue/sticky part has something to do with it but when i took mine off and placed it on my 3d printer for show, i peeled it back off of the printer and back on the radio and it hasn't moved, peeled or bend at all. I didn't even clean the surface. I am sure the quality of that glue/sticky stuff for the $50 radio wasn't that much.
But yes, if I really wanted to make it work, glue, crazy glue would have done the trick.
