I used the Orange module in my 9XR pro and 9XR but just can use 1-9 channel.
How to setup the protocol ? I use PPM 12CH but it can't work.
When I used the same receiver with Spectrum DX18,all channels work.

Re: How to use 10-12 channel with Orange module
Is this the 'ordinary' Orange module, not the one that uses the internal antenna?
If you increased the number of channels to 12 with PPM, did you also increase the frame length to around 30mS?

Hi Mike,
Yes,it is a 'ordinary' Orange module.
I use frame length 22mS because the user manual show output protocol DSM2 22mS/11mS ,DSMX 22mS/11mS.
Should I increase the frame length to around 30mS ?
I will try 30mS later.Thanks.

Re: How to use 10-12 channel with Orange module
Each channel in a PPM stream may be 2.012mS wide (no extended limits). With 12 channels, this is 24.144mS. Yo then need a 'sync.' pulse, typically at least 4.5mS, so the frame length should be at least 28.644mS.

Re: How to use 10-12 channel with Orange module
Hi MikeB,
I try the the frame length 30mS with 9XR and 9XR PRO but the 10th-12th channel still don't work.
In 9XR and 9XR PRO I use " 1st Chan 1 "
proto PPM 12CH 300uS
PPM FrLen 30.0mSec
Polarity POS
How to sovle the problem?

Re: How to use 10-12 channel with Orange module
I believe some versions of the Orange module simply didn't support more than 9 channels.
Re: How to use 10-12 channel with Orange module
Hi Kilrah,
In manual it said support 6-12channel.
module:http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/stor ... 272X50.pdf
show that
Connector P1 Pin description:
PIN1- PPM signal, TTL 5V, 6-12 channels
So I think the module support 12 channels.
