Hello,
I have just build my first quadcopter and have two questions.
My hardware: APM flight controller, Turnigy 9XR Pro, FRSky DJT, 2-axis gimbal
1. I`m using the 3-way switch on channel 5 to switch between 3 flight modes. Is it possible to combine it with another switch to use 6 different flight modes?
2. How can I connect telemtery to get flight and battery status on my 9XR Pro?
Thank for help.

combining 2 swithes for flight mode? Telemetry?
Re: combining 2 swithes for flight mode? Telemetry?
I have easily swapped POT3 with a 3 way switch by soldering two 3.3 Kohms between legs.

You could have added a 3 position switch to your radio, or even more without replacing the pot That way, you can't use it as a normal switch without some rain dance
I have currently 2 three position switches on my PRO.. Have a look:

One way is to use Logical Switches:
L1 AND ID0 AIL
L2 AND ID1 AIL
L3 AND ID2 AIL
L4 AND ID0 !AIL
L5 AND ID1 !AIL
L6 AND ID2 !AIL
then use L1 to L6 to enable mixes on channel 5
