How many 3 position switches has this unit got? I've got the original 9XR which has just one and was wondering if the Pro had any more?
Sorry if it's a dumb question but I can't find the answer to this.

The 'PRO is basically the same hardware and comes with just the one, 3-pos switch. However, there are 'spare' inputs on the circuit board that do allow many of the 2-pos switches to be changed to 3-pos switches. Ersky9x, which is shipped on the 'PRO, supports these changes.

Sorry if this has been asked before but does anyone know if OpenTX 2.1 supports these 3 way switch mods before I start hacking away?

As far as I know only Er9x/ErSky9x allow for those mods..
