Castle ICE 50 Throttle calibration and curves with Turnigy 9

Hello to all,
Guys I have just received Turnigy 9XR PRO but still confuses me to several points.

1) I want to make the throttle calibration to my CC Phoenix ICE 50.
This TX doesn't have endpoint menu so I think I should do through limits menu (please correct me if I am wrong).
To all videos for CC throttle calibration, are demonstrate the end points to be from +50 for both higher and lower stick position and start rising up to the point that will hear the calibration beep sound.
To my TX the values in curves are from -100 to +100 and I put a linear throttle curve (-100,-50,0,50,100) for throttle calibration. Since in the limit menu the values are from -100 to +100 I set CH3 limits to -50 and 50. I fire the heli with stick to full throttle. Start raising up to sound (+78 and add 2 more = +80) and then do the same by lowering the stick for lower (-68 and add -2 more = -70). A strange thing though is that after high stick calibration beep confirmation, after 3-4 secs it makes the same "beep confirmation" even if I don't react anyway with the stick. When I finally reach the lower end point it does again the "beep confirmation".
The process seems to be completed correctly (because it works!!) but if I do the same procedure, the numbers of the limits will beep to different position (2-3 number lower or higher from previous). Is this normal? Is something wrong with my limits (plus, minus) because an all videos the endpoints are always set to plus values!!!

2) I want to put the correct throttle curves because I need to run the esc in governor-set RPM mode.
I when I change to governor set RPM, I place 2800, 2950, 3060 which advice me to put 30%, 70%, 100% flat throttle curve. Since my throttle curves are from -100 to + 100 (and the scale is not from 0 to 100) I have placed for 30% 0,-40,-40,-40,-40 (the first 0 is for soft start and stop) for 70% 35,35,35,35,35 and for 100% 100,100,100,100,100. Am I correct?

Any kind advice?

On ersky9x, the limits are the endpoints, just using a different name.

Mike.

Thanks Mike for the info.
But what about the values of limits? Am I doing correctly the calibration (I mean by going to positive values for upper stick position and negative values for lower stick position as limits range are from -100 to +100 and not from 0 to 100)?
Also about the curves, if I must put my desired flat curve to 30% (as my curves are in range from -100 to +100 and not from 0 to 100) I should put to -40???!!!

Yes you are correct in both cases. One limit is -100 to -1 and the other limit is 1 to +100.
30% from -100 to +100 is indeed -40.

Mike.

Thanks again Mike. Hopefully I can proceed further more securely

What do you mean? Are those 16 points of a 16-pt curve? If yes you do NOT want that, that would just make huge steps. You should not use more points than necessary, or if you do then you need to calculate the intermediate values.
