Using er9x models

Post by MikeB »

If you are already using er9x on another radio, and wish to move a model to the 9XR-PRO, then the following procedure will help.
Start eepskye and read the EEPROM from the 9XR-PRO.
Start eepe and read the EERPOM from the er9x radio.
Drag and drop a model from eepe to an empty slot on eepskye (or use copy/paste).

You will receive a message saying "Can't paste er9x file", however this is not completely true. The model will be transferred, and many of the setting will be correct, but all settings will need to be checked as some will not have been copied and some may not quite match. This is, however, probably much quicker than setting up a model from scratch.

After copying, write the 9XR-PRO EEPROMm back to the radio.
