Help with 9xr pro

A friend brought me his pro. It is not working..It will turn on and backlight and ready light comes on..R9 is good and I have bat voltage going to main board and 5v coming from the reg. on main board ..It just has a blank screen . Sd card is good as I installed it into one of my pro's and all is good. I can't get anything when I try to start in bootloader . Pc knows when I plug it in (the tone sounds ) but no drives show up . He said it was working last night and this morning when he turned it on he got nothing on screen and no sound . Any help will be appreciated

See here, he probably pressed the ERASE button and wiped the firmware.

SO..no luck..I am doing something wrong..Still nothing on the screen..I don't understand the sam-ba procedure at all..I download the program then what ? I am lost

Or even better, use the Ar9x document, it is a bit more recent. I think the Ar9x has the same processor as the 9XR-PRO.

That worked perfect . It's back up and running . Where I got hung up is type of board

Hi ... I seem to have a problem with my rudder and elevator sticks being reversed.
ie ... the rudder movement operates the elevator on the home screen.

Has the Tx just been assembled incorrectly or can the sticks be changed over through the software ?
