I opened up my 9XR Pro and somehow the 2 vertical trim buttons popped out. I cannot figure out how to reinstall them. Can anyone send a picture, video or somehow help me out with it?

Set them on the small pins and carefully replace the faceplate which will hold them in place.
Look at the horizontal trim buttons, they fit the same.

I lost both the pins. Looks like I need to prepare them manually somehow.

Those parts are still available and cheap.

Inclusive of shipping, it becomes quite costly just for the pins. Is there any alternative? Do you know the pin size so maybe I can get one from the local store?

I have 10 sets of pins and trim buttons ..I'll be glad to ship you a few. I'm sure we can find a cheap way to ship .I can measure the pins and give you the size also

Hey Allen, I will be glad to purchase it from you but I am not really sure about what pin size will fit in the 9XR Pro.

Hi Allen, I just measured the pins and they happen to be of 8.0mm long X 2.0mm in diameter.

Hi,
pins are diam 1.5mm and 8.0mm long, measured with a caliper.

You can replace with 1.5mm piano wire if you have some lying around.
