RLink - UK Firmware

Ok...

As you are aware, I have been testing the rlink system on the 459 band for the UK.

The biggest issue I have found so-far is that the band is very small. This means that in stock format, the rlink does not have room to 'hop'. The result - jerky server movements until a clean frequency is found.

I believe; that if one looks at the openlrs system, the solution was to drop the frequency hop distance to a minute 10khz.

Any thoughts / time scale to solve this would be wonderfull :-)

We are testing the new UK firmware already, the sensitivity is not good as 433Mhz band, but we are trying to fix it.
Since the band is too narrow, we may have 5 or 8 frequencies to hop instead of 16 for now(Rmilec2 ultilizes 3 frequencies to hop and looks like good for now).
The stock antennas must be changed also since it's tuned for 431-438Mhz.

Great news.

Let me know if you would like me to beta test for you :)

Oh... While I am thinking.

In the uk, the apparent maximum power output should be 100mw.

Can low power be set to this, and high power something like.200mw?
