FS-9XTH - smartie parts - OpenTX

Guys
I've been using a Taranis 9D+ for the past 3 years and only starting to get into OpenTX in the past week. Ive dug out my old radio, which is a Fly Sky 9XTH. It has the Smartieparts programming board which I installed myself and it work perfectly before.
Since it's been a long time, I cannot remember how to connect the radio to the computer/mac. Also, what version of Companion should I be using and what is the latest version of the firmware provided to support this radio? Thanks in advance for any info provided.
