It should be there already. I've posted a new test version earlier today, so if you do not have the option, please try this test version.

I've posted an update with this fix in. eepskye is included (.exe only), this is the version that is compiled using QT5.

Re: er9x V2 = mbtx

I've posted (on the first post of this thread) a build for mbtx (=er9xV2). This should included all changes done to er9x since I last posted an update. Note that I haven't been able to test these (yet), so please backup your existing firmware and EEPROM before using.

Re: Status of erskyTX support for Taranis Q X7 ACCESS radio

I've just posted a new test version of erskyTx (for all radios) that includes the X7ACCESS firmware. This includes a possible fix for the telemetry losses.

Re: er9x development

Just double checking as I may not have been completely clear what I was asking. There are two things to set in the hardware menu, set a switch to use PC4/L_WR, AND also set L_WR as an input. Please confirm you have both set.

I'll look through the code for a problem.

Re: er9x V2 = mbtx

Not terminated, just a lack of time and the fact that I don't use er9x (V1 orV2) myself anymore.

I have, however, just built er9xV2 binaries and I'll post them a bit later (looking at eepeV2 at the moment).

Re: Status of erskyTX support for Taranis Q X7 ACCESS radio

I've checked the functioning of the channel mappings on both a X10S Express and a X9liteS and both work fine and are stable. A raw telemetry log may tell me why your radio is acting up. Enable raw (hex) logging in the DEBUG menu, navigate to the ACCESS protocol menu, turn on logging, then select the...

Re: Status of erskyTX support for Taranis Q X7 ACCESS radio

Progress! To bind in ACCESS, select the BIND beside RX1,2 or 3, then power on a registered Rx. The BIND screen should then display the name of the Rx. You select this to complete the bind. If you had already bound the Rx using openTx, it may well be it was still bound (to the RF module) after changi...

Re: Status of erskyTX support for Taranis Q X7 ACCESS radio

New test version posted. This may fix the internal module. Due to changes in the power switch LED assignments, and the code that allows one or more of these to be used as extra analog inputs, I think there was a conflict with the soft power control of the internal module, so this never got powered o...

Re: Status of erskyTX support for Taranis Q X7 ACCESS radio

I'm adding some more debug and fixing the external module reboot when ACCESS is selected. I've also asked FrSky for technical data on this radio to help sort out these problems. One useful test is to set up a timer and check it is running at the correct speed (counting seconds!). This will help chec...

Re: ERSKYTx (was ersky9x) Questions

According to my testing, the values displayed on the radio while editing a single Scaler are correct, and are used correctly in the calculation. The values displayed on the screen showing 7 Scalers are showing incorrectly, but the real values are still used in the calculation. eepskye is wrong and w...

Re: Status of erskyTX support for Taranis Q X7 ACCESS radio

Is TelRxCount (first value on that line) changing or is that still stuck when you have ACCESS selected? If that is counting, then a raw log file would be useful. Set up a logging switch, then go to the DEBUG menu and press MENU LONG twice to set Raw logging to HEX. Now, with everything running, turn...

Re: Status of erskyTX support for Taranis Q X7 ACCESS radio

Yes the D16 firmware runs on the D4R-II. I've just posted another test version for the X7 Access radio. This has added debug data on the DEBUG menu. It also includes code to trace possible "stuck" interrupts. On a watchdog reboot, the last active interrupt before the reboot is reported in the "BOOT ...

Re: Status of erskyTX support for Taranis Q X7 ACCESS radio

Useful info. I've clearly got a bug in the low level drivers for ACCESS causing an interrupt to run continuously. Interesting this only causes a problem on the internal module on a restart, may help to find it.This may take a little time to locate. For future use of your D8 receivers, you might like...

Please go to the STATISTICS menu area, navigate to the DEBUG menu and look at the number immediately to the right of "TelRxCount". Is this changing or is stuck (at 0000?).

5th test version posted, you should get the 3.3 bootloader this time, also I should have fixed the trims operation for both bootloader mode and maintenance mode (hold the trims as required then power on). Re: Status of erskyTX support for Taranis Q X7 ACCESS radio

I'll need to fix the bootloader to sort #2. I assume you flashed the radio using the power off mode, otherwise it should still be using the openTx bootloader. You do need a long press to use bind, then getting to the bind options screen. Then the short press should activate the actual bind, as you a...

Re: KingRadio TX18S

I don't know! I haven't got a TX18S, and I haven't seen any technical data on it.
However, as it is very similar to the Radiomaster TX16S, you could try the erskyTx firmware for that and see what does (and doesn't) work. I can then investigate what doesn't work and see if we can get it all OK.

Re: ERSKYTx (was ersky9x) Questions

Currently the easiest way to do this is to use a Scaler (in Globals menu). Set the source to the GPS Speed, the multiplier to 1852 and the divisor to 1000. You may give the Scaler a name, and use the Scaler as a telemetry value (e.g. for display and voice output). (To adjust the multiplier and divis...

I haven't got the code in to handle some of the AFHDS2A telemetry. It would be a great help to me if you could capture the raw telemetry you are receiving, and post the file (look up "Raw Telemetry" on this forum for how to do this).
