Re: Open TX 2.3 with replacement ISRM (ACCESS) module D16 not binding

Sounds like a lot of fun. Can we get a special function in OpenTX to switch authentication randomly on and off? Or is this already realised in FrSkys firmware :D This will be a good exercise for responsiveness.

as I said, you are smart people and can even create your own killer protocol. and let anyone else that wanted to use it sell their own hardware that would be compatible with that protocol. I think this is reasonable and avoid situations like this one. This is a very good proposal. Stuff would be ch...

What is it GPS_hdop and GPS_fix_type ? Dilution of Precision, there are some articles on the web. Btw. some think oXs HDOP is indeed PDOP, but i did not dig deeper. Not sure about GPS-fix-type. Eventually @mstrens knows exactly. 2D/3D fix probably. Meanwhile I've found the changes for number of sat...

Sorry for off topic ;) but if one is looking for a light weight ergonomic radio with small form factor and colour display to be able to use the amazing iNav Lua telemetry or yaapu Lua scrpts --> there is exactly one matching radio. Unfortunately it is labeled Jumper.

In this sketch you can find the modified files. If you modify the config files for your need it should work. IIRC changes are in openXsensor.ino and oXs.gps.cpp.

Re: OpenTX v2.3 and OXS GPS issue

Works flawlessly on my side. X9D 2.3, oXs with neo8 GPS. If your GPS signals a fix with its LED, the accuracy is often not good enough for oXs. oXs waits then for a better fix (edit: which makes of course a lot of sense), more satellites, better HDOP, before it starts transmitting GPS data. Mstrens ...

Re: FBVS01 voltage sensor

Both ways will work in practice. There is a small risk that the additional GND connection will have to deliver the complete power if the standard GND connection fails. Worst case is burning tracks in RX. So better unhooked.

Re: FBVS01 voltage sensor

Yes. The division ratio is 2:1 or 4:1 or 6:1. You can simply use the first number as #define RESISTOR_TO_VOLTAGE and the second number (always 1) as #define RESISTOR_TO_GROUND to get the true voltage displayed. Did not test it, but there is a good chance it will work as described ;)

FrSky sends cell voltages in a special format. openXsensor creates this special format. OpenTX uses calculated sensors to unpack the data. https://www.openrcforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10410 Sending Volt1,2,3 does not work, because "#define NUMBEROFCELLS 3" handles the first 3 voltage...

Can you try to connect to STM32 bootloader with disconnected battery? This should work in every case, beside a USB or CPU issue. STM32 mode is also sensitive to low quality USB cables.
