ok, that makes sense. I have plenty 3.3 1A regs. Yes, I have the diode in also.
To bind, you hold the TRN switch and then let go after the logo ?

Re: DSM2 work
[quote="Model match with dsm already works... With atmx11 it's the same as all the other hp modules. 1 gnd, 2vcc(power) , 6 ppm. Diode on ppm, seperate clean power to vcc, and bridge pin 2 to 6 and bob's your uncle. 12ch, nice. I think the dsm protocol used right now only does 6 . Tried 9 to se...

Re: DSM2 work
I wonder if there is a command to put the tx module in the standby mode or something. Then we would not have to worry about a switch. The only thing I worry about with both hooked up is transmitting 2 independent 2.4g signals. Of course only one is bound to the aircraft or heli at a time I guess.

Re: DSM2 work

Darn, gotta charge Rebel camera battery ! Then I gotta see how to upload pics to here. Earl IMG_0098.JPG IMG_0096...

Re: DSM2 work
Great. I just got a dsm quad today. the Blade mQX. The TX that comes with it is such a TOY. Can't wait to get the 4i to rob the module. Also, is there enough oomph in the er9x 3.3v regulator to run the 4i tx module. If so then we just need the diode and one resistor. I have a broken FlySky module ca...

Re: DSM2 work
Can someone post a diagram on how to hook up the Spektrum DX4e DSMX 4 Channel Transmitter Mode 2 SPMR4400 in an old snap in rear case for the er9x ? Do you need an atmel chip and programming also to decode PPM signals and make the DSM2 serial data or does the er9x gen the signal the DX4e module want...

ArduPilot display
As most of you know I did the ardupilot display mod with the help of others. Ardupilot changed how they send data down to the ground station some time ago. It used to be in plain text. Now it is in a format called ??????. (I forgot what it's called) If I show the new format could someone help on the...
