What a great package this OpenTx
Mostly this forum is used for asking questions, but this time I want to just share my wonderfull experience with OpenTx. I am currently building a four glow-engined plane together with some co-builders. It's a ply and balsa scrap build of a Lockheed Constellation with a span of around 3,7 meters. My...

Do you already have a flight controller?
I mean really, for someone to give you a proper answer on your question, you really need to give some additional infirmation.

Re: Horus X10S with 2 RX*R PRO's and 2 XM+ receivers
Just to prevent misunderstandings
There was no problem in binding the RX8R with XM+.
In my stupidity I set channel override on channel 9 to 13 previously to demonstrate something and forgot all about it.

Re: Mixing on x9e
Say your using switch SBdown for hydraulic A and SCdown for hydraulic function B.
Now make a logical switch L01 that does OR SBdown SCdown.
Now L01 switches when you use switch Sb or Sc.
Take switch L01 as input for the channel that controls your hydraulic Pump

Re: Horus X10S with 2 RX*R PRO's and 2 XM+ receivers
I have 1-16 selected for internal module. Tried to bind receiver in both 1-8 telemetry on ans 9-16 telemetry on. Never could get PWM and SBUS out at the same time. Also tried bridging pin 1 and 2 + 3 and 4 like in the manual for X8R. I found a simular story from someone who had this issue on a Taran...

Horus X10S with 2 RX*R PRO's and 2 XM+ receivers
Hello All, To really use all of my Horus X10S I am trying the following. I want to use all 32 channels of my Horus. So I have bought 2 RX8R Pro's together with 2 XM+'s. I have connected the SBUS out from one XM+ to the SBUS in from the RX8R Pro to get a redundant receiver system. I want to use chann...

changing sensor ID on FLVSS
I want to use two FLVSS battery sensors on one airplane. No I understand that I need to change the sensor ID on one of them. According to the FrSky website this can be done with their FUC-3 in combination with the small diode board. I have downloaded the S.Port Tool also from FrSky website. This com...

Sorry I misread, thought you wanted to convert a clone into a receiver but you want to create a transmitter. No idea how to do that.

Re: Replace my early X9D with an X9D+ or Horus X10?
I recently changed from an early X9D to an X10S I really enjoyed the X9D and it worked flawless and still does, but I really liked the new design of the X10S. To be honest that's the best thing for me on the X10S. Next to that I found that working with FrSky products in combination with the limitles...

Re: Flash RX with simple transmitter firmware
Looking at the prices of the miniature FrSky receivers why would you want to use a clone?
I mean a XM10+ costs about 10 to 15 Euro ?

Re: Upgrade a new Taranis X9D? Please explain reasons.
Just my two cents. At the moment I think both FrOs and OpenTx provide you with firmware to run your Transmitter flawless, but a big plus for me with OpenTx is the huge fan base. So the internet is full of instruction video's and your sure to get an answer if your in doubt. I think the user group of ...

Re: How to connect USB joystick via 9X or 9XR?
Yes I directly feed potentiometer signals to the analogy inputs on Arduino. I also replaced the buttons on the joystickhead with a slide potentiometer. And took away the throttle from the base. This one is build for a person with a lame left arm. He stopped flying after an accident a long time ago. ...
