The "T" version is dead.
Here is a design (still needs some cleaning) after Mike's idea, between the sticks.
Unilaterally, all SR1206, IC's on the bottom (Dil).
Advice (good) I gladly accept.

During this time I have just the wiring diagram for the Dil-IC and made the footprint assignment.
Here's my outline 1:1

Mike,
I was wrong!
I know what you mean now. That's a good idea.
My unusable board looked like this.

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
Oliver, right, that minimize the bridges is always with me in the end. (difficult) I'll try 0 ohm resistors, but that's always on one track. The bridges could also be installed at the bottom, for example with Enamelled copper wire. The one with the switch, as I ride around and over again, it will be...

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
A possible "T version" in SR1206.
As I said,
Problem is an appropriate switch.
Another variant would be to put a shorter board up on the "T-Board".
Tighten with the M4 screw.

It's not entirely true, until next March.
Fun enough,
Does anyone have any idea where we can get the switch?
The unsolder could be difficult.

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
Oliver,
thought well,
But I have to one-sided circuit board between the pads through!
The circuit path width is 14 mil minimum at the moment.
Underneath it will be difficult with the home production.
SR1206 o.k.? ha,ha--0603--easy-- I'm 64.

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
I think about a SMD layout. The existing switch board complete replacement? SR1206 (although all the parts I have in stock in 0805) With external MicroSD card. In the battery compartment, it is well placed. Pads in the 100 mil spacing! If needed larger (one sided!) We should first look for a source ...

Yes, this diagram. Oliver, it's all Ceramic Capacitors 10μF/16V - SR0805 100uF / 6 V SR1206 and 47uF / 6 V SR 1206 Everything shown in the photo. Without RF module I can not hear any noises. With the RF module a faint buzz, but only with the ear to the speaker. The voltage stabilization I have also ...

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
Oliver, you have converted the Gerber file, great! I have found a mistake in the diagram. Pin 13 (middle left side) must go to pin 28 of the M64! (no pin 29) The gain change I've taken back. R 10 now 33k. Connection "beeper" I have applied to the base of the transistor. I removed the beepe...

All capacitors are ceramic in my circuit, and therefore not polarizedmbanzi wrote:I copied the schematic created a few pages ago into Eagle, but it probably needs to be validated. For example I couldn't figure out if any of the caps in the schematic are polarized, which I'm sure they are.

Oliver,
here, the most recent of my module.
I changed the gain with 10uF / 1k2 to 50. Pin 1 to pin 8
Pin 2 LM386 is now above 330 ohms to GND
Beep quieter, louder audio.

To earn something for my hobby. Pensioners have a hard time.
Maybe it will work for you immediately. I hope

For all files. In between there is absolute silence.
I think it's the Crystal!
It has, as seems only 2,000 Mhz
What looks like a 1 belongs probably to name characters.
I will measure.

Mike,
J1 to either programmer or SD card
Do not scare me that I'm wrong.
Where we are in grade,
I can program the 328 as 168 with Pony Prog?
Can it be that it's been going with epee?
The 328's in it.

Everything on it, on one side, but unfortunately 2 bridges.
Tomorrow is made the board. 42.5 x 34.5 mm.
First one (or two) bottles of beer for steady hands.
