Re: Model Artwork for Taranis

Do you make the whole image a little grayer or *just* the whites? I'll give it a try on the mCX2, which looks okay but *could* be a little darker. Also, deleted my AS3Xtra so there isn't any confusion. I extract the aircraft from the background. Then I slide the whites up from a value of 255 to abo...

Re: OpenTX - Nightly builds for pre-2.0 testing

Broken system Sounds ???????: So we have billions and billions of people updating to OpenTX, some even using the Wizard LUA script for OpenTX 2.0. BUT -- is there a problem with broken system sounds if they don't update to the most recent sound package as well? I'm fairly confident that virtually no...

Whoa! Really -- you can hear the track play when you use the blue play button after select Play Track with CompanionTX?? You are using Windows ? I've got 7 64 bit on all three machines I use throughout the day and there is no sound on any of them from CompanionTx. Is your SD Structure Path set to a...

Hey artemen, check the SD card, some have printing on the contacts that may screw them up, and some of the newest batch's, had a problem, that a full reformat and reinstall of the contents seems to correct.. And Regardless of printing or not, clearly there is an issue with the SD card. At the very ...

Re: Model Artwork for Taranis

It took a bit of work, but here are decent versions for the mCX2 and AS3Xtra. I had trouble finding a guide, so I just used Paint.NET for the cropping and b&w conversion, then used netpbm on my linux system to scale it and 4 bit it. I've tossed the command down here in case I forget and maybe s...

Re: OpenTX - Nightly builds for pre-2.0 testing

Scott Isn't the above proceedure only valid after you have the bootloader in the TX....which requires that you can download Firmware with a bootloader, which means you have to have dfu ? Correct but he says, " I had no problem going from 1.52 to 1.99 to 1.99.1." so he should have the boot...

Re: OpenTX - Nightly builds for pre-2.0 testing

Global custom functions shouldn't be a problem, but I missed something in Scott request: he needs global boolean switches (for testing the time), and I implement it now, it means a new shift in the EEPROM that I would like to avoid. I am afraid I will delay this feature after 2.0 is out. That's ok....
