I was just looking at some online board printers here near by my home that could do this for us. We have 40 or so manufactures that are local that can do full assembly to just board printing. I am willing to contribute to the effort as I would be most interested in supporting the cause.

Mike, I would take 2 of the double sided boards as well.. I guess my only concern with some of the designs if for the internal FrSky Module.
