Hi all. I recorded some voice notifications myself with Audacity, and on uploading them to my Taranis yesterday.......I found some weren't listed in the sound file on the Tx screen, when trying to apply them to my model's setups. It then dawned on my that the "names" I'd given some of them...

I use both the 2700mAh battery I made, and keep the standard OME 800mAh battery as a spare in my Tx case.....as a backup. The pack I made was made up from 6 x GP Cells I found on eBay for £13.95. On a good thermic day with my gliders, I can stay aloft for up to two hours.......not that it happen ver...

I got my Taranis from T9, in the first UK batch.....and paid up front for it before it arrived. I then asked for two X8R Rx's to be included with the Taranis.....and p...

I've had absolutely no failures with the method I use, as my 4.8v Rx packs are only fitted in slope soaring gliders. I do not fly I/C powered models.......so the vibration issue doesn't exist. The new pack will stay ...

Hi SM. The cells I'll be using are commercially available consumer types. I've been making my own flight packs for a number of years now.......none of which have failed on me. I got a set of six loose cells off eBay, for £13.95GBP. To connect them, I use nothing more than desoldering braid, soldered...

Thanks for putting me right, OpenTx is all very new to me..........it took me around 24 hours to program in 17 various models (not all in one go, I must add !!).
