I have seen a similar issue some time back.
If i recall it was essentially an issue with my mixers not having a suitable output in one of the flight phases.

Ok... Found the OC ban option.
Click on the users name
In their profile page - right at the top is a link: 'Ban Hammer this user'
That will do the trick.
I need to work out how to add it back to the listing page!

Just tried the same subscribe. It worked for me!
I suspect that its because the new forum software needed more ram allocated to php - this has been done since you posted.

I found it eventually, but I still miss it as a single link (one click) and being available at the bottom of the page as well as the top. The vast majority of 'blocks' are triggered by a system called 'stopforumspam.com'
We.could try go without it for a bit.. but I suspect it will be very spammy!

I have established that the admin email needs to be updated.
