Hi Barry,
try different values for "freq"
I have two 4in1 modules here which need -85 (yes indeed negative) as value.
Klaus
BTW: did you update your 4in1? The firmware with which banggood ships the modules is rather old!

Re: Burned USB port by cross linked cable
... so all the hardware you need is the USB cable to be able to flash it. To get the firmware on it, it is probably easiest to install "DFUSE" from STM. I have a suitable .dfu file to use with that to get you back running ... That sounds great. Now the only problem is to find a dealer who...

Re: Burned USB port by cross linked cable
OK then,
next steps:
Can the STM be flashed with USBASP or do I need s.th. different?
Klaus
next steps:
- read STMs contents
- desolder STM
- solder new STM
- flash new STM
Can the STM be flashed with USBASP or do I need s.th. different?

Hi Mike,
I crossed the whole cable.
i.e:

D+ <-> D-
D- <-> D+

Burned USB port by cross linked cable - DONE
Hello guys, these days I had to learn that it's not a good idea to tinker with electronics too late at night ... :( Unfortunately I cross linked the USB to my PC. Now the 9Xtreme works as it should except USB connection. When plugged to a PC there's no reaction at all (as well PC as 9XT). No visible...

Re: ERSKY9X Coding
Now that my telemetry problem is solved I stumbled over a puzzling issue: I have an OrangeRX RX3SM. The PRO with a Banggood 4in1 recognizes it as DSMX-22 / 6ch. But with same 4in1 in a 9XT it is recognized as DSM2-22 / 6ch. If I disable telemetry, the 9XT works only in DSM2-22 mode. But PRO (with sa...

HEUREKA :D 8-) It works! Because of some false assumptions while error tracking I connected the telemetry output of the 4in1 to COM2 (pin 14) of my 9XT. Re: ERSKY9X Coding
Hi João,
the naming is a different thing...
My "problem" is the fact that I can't select COM2 for protocol DSMx.
So with 9XT, Bangood 4in1 and a DSM RX I can't use the AUTO function for binding
(or I find a way to connect the 3.3V level telemetry output of the 4in1 to COM1).

I found that when DSMx is selected for telemetry UsrProto
only COM1 can be selected as FrSky Com Port (PRO and 9XT).
Is this as intended?

Yesterday I found that arduino IDE (1.6.10) only works with WinUSB drivers provided by Zadig (2.2).
But avrdude provided with eepe (er9x) doesn't work with this driver.
On the other hand avrdude (eepe) works with libusbk and libusb-win32, but arduino IDE doesn't.

Where did you put the wav-file?
According to e.g. this post you have to put it in a folder named "music".
Your SD Card is formated with 32kb cluster size?

Hi folks, first of all a big thumpup and thank to Caffeine for creating this tool. I simply have a problem with numbers (maybe there's a simple solution I just fail to see): Every generated sound file starts with about 0.1 sec of silence. For a single file that's no problem but composite numbers lik...

Re: Weight?
Hi Mark, besides weight there are the limits (which are processed after the mixes). No matter what (input * weight) is, the output does not exceed the limits (normally 100%). If you want more than 100% of output you have to enable "extended limits", only then you can set limits beyond 100%...

Re: Big Problem with my 9xtreme radio.
Hi João,
unfortunately I cannot test, 'cause every 9X in my reach I changed to M2561.
Thinking about the problems with M128 that occured in the past (the analog ground thing...)
I also would deem the M128 as the evildoer.
Changing to M2561 as Bob suggests is not an option?

Re: ERSKY9x Questions
Hi Rick,
I had the same problem some time ago with the 9XR-Pro. Unfortunately it's not that easy.
My solution was a "cross-link". I wired ppm2 to pin 1 of the module bay and connected the spektrum module
to the place where pin 1 was formerly connected.
