Mike, on that version you said you're about to release with the numbers changing to the file numbers from 400 - 499, do you keep some of the other numbers, for example for the timer countdown? or do you use the new ones? thanks

Re: How do I wire RS232 to TTL converter?
Well, I call it MOSI because I've read it here and on the wiki.. That is the correct way to connect it. the proof is that I have two working radios with telemetry.. Pins 2 and 3 are the ones used to connect the frsky telemetry on the atmega.. If they have other names then I'm sorry I didn't know bec...

Re: How do I wire RS232 to TTL converter?
Thanks for posting the link showmaster. I couldn't do it from my phone.. @Java Please follow the tutorial linked above.. I wouldn't connect the ground to the module.. it is not necessary as the module is already grounded to the 9x.. On the RS232 side of the converter TX and RX look good.. On the TTL...

Re: How do I wire RS232 to TTL converter?
also, i'm quite sure that you can't connect that converter to 12V. It should be connected to 5V and ground on the radio's side. The RS232 side of the converter goes to the module and the TTL side to the atmega 64. Please have a read first. João

Re: How do I wire RS232 to TTL converter?
i'm not at home at the moment so i can't post links but go to the wiki and go to hardware mods, Frsky telemetry, and look for the telemetry mod by Mike Blandford. Read it carefully before you start soldering. You must solder some resistors too

Re: ERSKY9x Rev. B1 User Area
I really don't want to say this ;) 8-) but I do completely agree with Kaos.. The wiki should be as exact as possible, and it is very easy to mess it up by mistake or on purpose.. It is not by giving permission to everybody that the wiki will be more updated. I know how difficult it is, specially whe...

Re: Shifted PPM signals on New Turnigy 9X? Software or hardw
you could always get the frsky module. It's much better than the stock one and not expensive. then when you flash your radio you could also do the telemetry mod and have the telemetry on your screen.. Some of us also have the voice mod and it's great. we don't need to look at the screen anymore as t...

If you bought it in China, returning it would maybe cost nearly as much as buying a new one.. I would just flash the damn thing..

just another question, and off topic again, the encoder must be that one that also replaces the switche, or can it be any other?
