OK; I use the PRO with R219 and eepeskye; and I understand the "BT" option is OK for S-Bus frame. I'm not sure about COM2, is that the Futaba connector on the top ?

Re: Serial in eepe/eepskye
There is something strange: when I click "send S-Bus" I assume Eepe send a S-Bus frame, but the Tx expect a PPM frame ? how can it work ? Why don't you use the USB link, it would be easier ; another strange thing: when I open the models file in Eepe 418 and click on the top "preferenc...

Re: Serial in eepe/eepskye
Well, I now understand Eepe act like a slave in the trainer mode; I downloaded 2.19 FW and in the BT menu how I set the BT Role, Master or Slave ? When my PC detect the HC-05 it give me two COM ports, one COM-IN and one COM-OUT, which one to select, if I choose the COM-OUT in the model sim the soft ...

Re: Serial in eepe/eepskye
Thanks Mike, I'm afraid the 217 FW don't give that option: the BT menu give only "on" & "off" for BT as trainer and the trainer menu don't allow to set the mode.
Do I need to update ?

Re: Serial in eepe/eepskye
Well, I tried the BT link with my PRO and 217 fw, I guess the link between the PC and the Tx is good since HC05 is recognised but I get nothing when I click on "send Usb"; it seems some parameters are wrong: baudrate, trainer ?

I can't use the V2 range of Orange Rxs on my gliders because there is no altimeter sensor; do you think it is possible to mod the old -analog- FrSky sensor to link with the volt input of the Orange Rx ?

I spoke about the new telemetry module, the one designed for the Pro and its inside antenna; I opened the case and I saw this is basically the same as the one you told me except there are no dip-swiches, it can be set only by software, but not implemented today in ER9XR. Well, that does not a matter...

Re: 9XR PRO FRSKY Telemetry
It seems the X8R measures internally the Rx voltage and display on A1, in that way it is different of the X6R which offer the choice to measure the pack voltage with the external A1 connector; is that true ? The notice don't give any info about that connector, essentially the max voltage it can acce...

LemonRx just claimed the availability of a new Rx with Spektrum telemetry capability; do you know if the expected Orange module for the Pro will be soon available and OpenTx take advantage of it ?
