Re: Customizable Switch Warning

Menu button only allows to set/reset the 'T'-switch.
No chance to select another one of the switches.

Re: Anyone getting interference on a T9X

You could also bind both receivers to the first transmitter. Then test. The servos on both receivers should run synchronously. Then switch on the second transmitter. Continue testing. There should be no influence to the receivers, bound to the first transmitter. Bind both receivers to the second tra...

Re: Different curves for each direction?

I'm planning to program the servo movement for a retractable motorpod. To achieve this I need separate curves for both directions. Is this possible? What do you mean with 'both directions'? one direction from 0 to -100 (negative) and the other direction from 0 to + 100 (positive) or one direction f...

Re: Audio Work - Piezo Driver Updates

I'm going to try to summarise regarding an addon to give speech output, and then we can work on from there. 1) We need something to play the speech (what quaility?, we don't need hifi, what format of audio file?, how much?) This is the card that I experimented with You have to order the module for ...

Re: Compiling ER9X Under Windows

No, I havn't used it, because it doesn't run on my Win XP (or I don't know how to  )

I need new compilations only when I 'play around' with modifying the NMEA code.
So I don't need every possible version to be newly compiled, only a very limited number of versions.

Re: Compiling ER9X Under Windows

This is my solution on Windows XP: Prereqs (AFAIK) : I have installed WinAVR-20100110, AVRStudio4 (v.4.18 SP3), Ruby-1-9-2-p0 and TortoiseSVN (V 1.6.10) (When installing Ruby, you have to select 'Add Ruby executables to your path' and 'Assiciate .rb and .rbs files with this Ruby installation') I use...

Re: Parallel Programmer with EEPE?

I just verified, that my parallel port programmer (that pretty well works with PonyProg as Parallel AVRISP I/O on LPT1) does also work with EEPe. Without loading a driver first (GIVEIO). The Programmer is powered from the TX, so it has to be switched on manually for flashing. I set it up as Pony-STK...

Re: Parallel Programmer with EEPE?

Yes it works absolutely fine with Pony Prog, do I need WinAVR installed to have AVRDUDE work correctly? Hally I used to use a simple selfmade parallel port programmer before I got that cheap USBASP programmer (and it also ran without problems with PonyProg). It still works but I'm using the grafic ...

Re: ERSKY9x Questions

If you are using the main tx battery to power the RTC, then you run the risk of discharging a LIPO too low if the tx is not charged for a long time, same as leakage for a power switch. Vbat to the RTC is specified as max of 5.5V, are you supplying the full battery voltage? Would a supercap be usefu...

Looks nice and clean, but personally.... I don't like that location (I was considering that also). Too visible for my eyes (And it's under your hand when you fly). But that's just my opinion... :) Visible, yes but that doesn't bother me . You could put some kind of cover over it. Under my hand.... ...

This is how I resolved my programming connector. The external SubD (female) connector is mounted in the front half of the housing. No problems to separate the two halfs of the Tx. Ok the video was not that helpful, because it is out of focus, but at least from here I can give you some advice. Those clips are not save at all, they will easily make a nice big fat short.
